CO-FOUNDER AND CREATIVE DIRECTOR. Liquid designer and gastronomy consultant in the beverage industry, from taste design to in-depth sensory creation. His art is both visual, gustatory and spiritual. Edouard is constantly looking to implement various fields in the one that lies at his heart, that of liquids. Creator of elixirs, distilled or not, he likes to discover the malleability of aromas, through sometimes modern techniques of extracting molecules or ancestral rituals of decoctions of plants. The past, present and future are an immediate sensory journey through that of smell and taste.
QUENTIN BESNARD
CO-FOUNDER AND CEO. Trained in communication and marketing, with a background in hospitality management. He supports the project with a structured, back-office approach, helping put clear processes and standards in place. With a focus on customer service and guest experience, he pays close attention to the details that influence satisfaction and consistency.
